What happens if the internet goes down?
App and most voice control need internet. Wall switches, door keypads and other manual controls usually keep working. We'll tell you how each device in your plan behaves.
Do I have to buy a whole package?
No. You can start with one device and add more later.
Will it work with what I already have?
Often, yes. On the free visit we check your wiring, Wi-Fi, garage opener and thermostat first.
Does every device work by app, voice and hand?
Not all of them. The What We Install page shows the ways each one works. Sensors and alarms work automatically and alert your phone.

Geo Homes LLC ("we") installs smart home technology in Southwest Florida. This policy explains what we collect through this website and our phone line, and how we use it.
What we collect
- Estimate form: your name, phone number, email, city, the improvements you choose and anything you tell us about your home.
- Phone calls: your phone number, your name and what you say during the call.
- Messages: anything you send us by email or social media.
Calls answered by AI
Your first call is answered by an AI assistant run by a phone service provider. It collects your name and what you need so a person from our team can help you. These calls are not recorded. If you prefer not to speak with the assistant, email us instead.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to you, schedule your free estimate, prepare your quote, provide our services and support, and keep business records.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with providers that help us run our business, such as website hosting, form delivery, email and phone services, with installers working on your project, or when the law requires it.
Other services
This site loads fonts and code from outside providers, which can see basic technical data such as your IP address. Links to Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube are governed by those companies' own policies. We do not use advertising cookies on this site.
How long we keep it
We keep your information as long as we need it for the purposes above or to meet legal and business record requirements.
